To compliment this reconnection with your mind-body awareness a series of wellbeing workshops presented by our Life Coach will present fresh perspectives on the relationships you have with yourself and others, helping you to clear roadblocks and set intentions. To ensure you completely relax and recharge your stay also includes beautiful organic meals, daily massages and meditation.
