A total body cardio and strength training workout. Our barre classes are Pilates focused, it's all about technique here! We include weights and discs to provide you with a challenging workout that will send your heart rate soaring.

Our Mat courses are total body workouts carefully designed to improve your strength and flexibility. Classes are held in a small setting (maximum of 8) that promotes mind-body connection. Experienced instructors ensure all clients work with correct technique while being challenged. Northside Instructors are "hands-on" and passionate about technique so clients receive all the benefits Pilates has to offer. Classes are suitable for all levels however if you are managing any pain/discomfort contact us to discuss whether our mat classes are right for you.
